To get your registration number reset for reactivations, please follow these simple steps:

You must purchase the Lightyear to XV Lite Conversion in our store first.
Please note that you will need to schedule your conversion a minimum of one (1) business day prior to when you want us to perform it. We regret that we cannot accommodate same-day conversions.

Conversion Policies
General Conversion Policies Apteryx has the right to request further information and necessary documentation prior to a conversion. Invalid or fraudulent information will render all requests for that registration number to be automatically and permanently denied. Registration numbers previously activated for a generic user (a, Dr., etc.) may not be accepted. Duplicate and/or unverifiable registrations may require further documentation and information. Apteryx reserves the right to amend these policies at any time.
